Dear Neighbors,

Our 2026 assessment collection process has begun, and your $375.00 assessment fee is due by July 31, 2026.  After the 31^st, a $50.00 late fee will be added. 

For the first time this year, the Association sent the 2026 Annual Assessment invoices electronically via our accounting system, QuickBooks Online, rather than by traditional mail or previous electronic collection mechanism. This switch has lowered costs to the association and has helped streamline the overall process. We recognize this is a change and that we should have communicated it to you in advance — we apologize for not doing so. The invoice emails were sent on June 1, 2026, from the address quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.

 

Didn’t Receive Your Invoice?

No worries — there are a few simple reasons it may not have reached your inbox:

• It may have landed in your Spam or Junk Email folder. Please check there for an email from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.
• We may not have a current email address on file for you. Since this is the first time we have used this delivery method, some of our records may be out of date, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this together.

If after checking, you haven’t received your invoice, please send a quick email to hcnhoa@gmail.com with your name, property address, and current email address. We will update our records and get your invoice to you right away.

 

Payment Options

As noted, payment can be made through QuickBooks Online this year. This is the preferred mechanism while
being fast, secure, and provides instant confirmation. 

However, mailing a check remains a perfectly fine option as well.
